Myofascial Release  ( John Barnes )
Fascia is a soft tissue that surrounds and attaches to every structure in our bodies. When it becomes tight or restricted due to trauma or overuse,  pain and discomfort are experienced.
The Myofascial Release Practitioner applies gentle sustained pressure, without the use of lotion, oil, or cream into these areas to reduce pain and increase motion by releasing these fascial restrictions. This treatment is especially beneficial for:
  • fibromyalgia
  • chronic fatigue
  • chronic pain
  • TMJ
  • myofascial pain syndrome
  • carpal tunne
  • children
  • pre and post surgical
  • auto injuries
